What a season...

Well hello fellow bloggers. I dont make to this page very often anymore and I have started a Facebook page.
As well, I have been avoiding connecting with people as I have been going through a difficult time ang have been trying to get out of this season. I will tell you that my spiritual walk with the Lord is incredible as well as gut renching. I can tell you that the devil is in full force and we all need to be aware of his uncanny, ugly tactics. I will not serve him by glorifing him any further. I will just say to all of you wonderful Christ like followers out there, be aware and be on guard. Our Father, is so incredible and is so faithful. He is humbiling at times and I have and will continue to humble myself in front of Him. This walk has been an incredible journey in realizing my worth on earth and my eternal salvation with Him. To know that you are here to better Christs kingdom is an incredible task, completely overwhelming without Christ, but in Him anything is possible.
I pray each of you will read this and feel blessed that each of you that have accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior are children of our amazing Father.

Tagged

I was tagged by my friend--

Here are the rules:

1. Post the rules on your blog
2. List 6 random things about yourself
3. Tag 6 people at the end of your post

First let me say, I apologize as there is not going to be anything interesting or surprising since I am pretty much an open book. But since I don't do these, I am actually going to try this one..

1. I grew up in Austin and always have been an Aggie.
2. I love to do things around the house, not to exclude the typical "male" jobs such as yard work.
3. I miss playing volleyball.
4. I love afternoon naps but they mess my nights up so I don't take them.
5. I love the early morning.
6. I have one blood sister, but three other sisters in my family. Aren't I lucky!

I know this was so incredibly boring that I am sure people have stopped reading so I will end the torture...

OK, guess I am supposed to tag some people:

Roskops
Vonda

Apparently I don't read many of these...

Picture day...

Sister...

Melody

AG

Today was so much fun. The girls were so happy and I am hoping that they smiled for the real deal. This was just practice.

Girls are doing great. They certainly have been keeping us busy. Between Aggie home games and stuff on the weekends. We are pretty much booked solid!! Crazy how life picks up its pace.

Bathing suit season!

Momma can sew!

For my birthday this past year my parents got me this wonderful sewing machine. This is a new found hobby of mine and I am still surprised at how much I enjoy this wonderful hobby.

So, a while back my mom and I found some fabric that would look so cute as a little girl dress. So we bought it. I learned on my mothers sewing machine so when I got my new one it was a little different and intimidating.

However, I decided to take the bull by the horns and learn how to sew on it by myself. (only after I went to the nicest place on the earth so they could show me how to thread the bobbin) anyways, I decided to finish the dresses. So here are the finished products... You can see M in hers but AG hasnt put hers on yet. I know it is small and there are a ton of errors but I am just so happy to be sewing and creating.

Sky angel

What an awesome message, simple but profound. I am so glad that God uses each of us to touch others. I am just sorry that it took me 30 some odd years to finally understand how great Gods grace is for each of us. I guess I can be happy that it happened sooner rather than later. Hope you enjoyed this clip.

Our girls are getting big!

.

Today was fun day at MDO and the girls were in such a great mood this morning that I thought I would take some pictures of them. Also, this is AG's first pony tail that we called "Bam!" today.
Also noteworthy, AG said a full sentence today. She said, "Melody crying!" Amazing. We feel so blessed to have such wonderful children.

House of many colors!

Chloe C is here!

Well Miss C has arrived. Our family has been blessed again with the newest addition to the group. C was born on 4/26/08 weighing 6 lbs 13 ozs and was born at 6:13 am. She was 19 inches long and doing great. Mommy and her are doing well and are already at home. Daddy couldn't be prouder and it is truly an awesome sight to see him so in love with his little girl. There is definitely something to be said about daddy's and there little girls.
We thank God for a wonderful delivery and a happy and healthy little girl.

These pictures show C not even a day old amazing how everyone looks fantastic. Especially J after all that hard work! :)

M was very proud of her gift to C. She wanted to giver C her very own brand new Care Bear on the pillow that I sewed for C. M truly has the sweetest and most caring heart of any 4 year old. She loves little babies as you could see in the pictures and enjoys giving presents just as much as getting. She truly amazes me everyday!

Congratulations Jules, Jeff and L on your new baby! She is just precious! Love you all.

Spring time fun at home!

So we are an outside kinda family and we have had so much fun this year with playing sports together as a family.
M and AG love for their daddy to make them dunk the basketball. I can not tell you how many times Eric had to do this with them. Poor guy was worn out! It was pretty awesome to watch them all having a blast together.

Yes AG's face is all bunged up. She took a tumble off of her tricycle onto the concrete. These pictures were taken about 2 hours after it happened so this was the worst of it. Poor little punkin baby. But never fear not much keeps her down as you see her kicking the ball and playing basketball. She also ate like a champ, which was hard to believe seeing how her lip was cut. Oh well, she is pretty tough.

Easter 5k Run!

What a great day to run. This past Saturday, FOTP sponsored a 5K fun run. It was such a blast. Thankfully some one was taking pictures of the event so I could run in it.

I ran it with my good friend, B, and her two girls. Our hubbies took the younger ones, as we were not sure how well they would do for that length of time, and we took the older two girls. It was a total blast. What an amazing morning to take a run in the name of the Lord.

This past Easter weekend, was just incredible. To know that Jesus died on the cross for all of our sins is amazing, but the Easter season, just brings it right back to center stage where it belongs. I think I would rank this is as the best Easter I have in a long time. I got to visit my family in the early part of the week and then E's family on the latter. Family and friends are great, but I am so thankful for Christ being in our lives and all that he sacrificed for my and your souls.

I actually have some more pictures to upload of our Easter weekend, but I left my camera at N and P's so I will have to upload those at a later date.
